RETURNS: Here at Wee Ones we want you to be happy with your purchase and will do everything we can to ensure that you are. We want to encourage you to try our diapers, and so with volume purchasing please feel free to try 1 (one) diaper and if you find that you would rather use a different diapering method then all of your diapers are returnable for an exchange at full price (less shipping costs). If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it, unwashed / unused within 14 days of receiving the item(s) for store credit or exchange it for something else (less shipping costs). Any items that have been washed / worn are NOT returnable (with the aforementioned exception for volume purchases).
There is a 90 day guarantee on all our products against defects (from the day you receive them) - provided you care for them as directed. The snaps on our products are guaranteed for LIFE even if you are not the original owner of the product. The decision whether to fix or replace the product is at the sole discretion of Wee Ones by JaJoC. Any shipping costs incurred within the 90 days for defects will be reimbursed by Wee Ones.

We've integrated Canada Post into our shipping module and we've given you as many options as possible. If you have another method of shipping that you would prefer please let us know. Of course we're happy to have you come and pick up your items and we're also more than willing to have you come to the "store" (which is in my house) if you'd like to look at diapers or choose your own fabrics up close and personal.
